GASP Lab

The GASP (Gabor-Aspbury = GASP) lab research program spans behavioral ecology to conservation physiology.  We study the historical forces of natural and sexual selection on speciation in a unisexual-bisexual species complex of live bearing fish from a behavioral and physiological standpoint. We also explore predator-prey dynamics from a conservation perspective. Most recently we have been focusing on the consequences of anthropogenic factors on fish and amphibian declines from a behavioral and conservation physiology perspective.
